My Personal Journey

A few years ago, I realized that despite managing work, relationships, and daily life, I was constantly running on empty. My mind raced, my body held tension, and my joy often felt out of reach. I craved a real way to reset, reconnect, and feel fully alive again, beyond a quick escape or a typical day off.

Through yoga, mindfulness, and somatic practices, I discovered how to calm my nervous system, soften my inner critic, and access lasting joy. I learned that simple, intentional practices, from gentle movement to journaling to connecting with others, could retrain the mind and body to respond with ease, clarity, and confidence, even amidst life’s challenges.

I love holding space for women to reconnect with themselves, their strength, and their joy. This retreat is a way to share that space — blending movement, reflection, shared presence, and restorative experiences — so every participant leaves feeling empowered, radiant, and equipped with tools to carry calm, clarity, and joy into everyday life, long after the day ends.

    Pricing:

    Early Bird (before Oct 1): €80

    Regular: €90

    Spaces are limited to keep the retreat intimate and deeply held

    Included: yoga, women’s circle, guided reflection (including polyvagal and somatic exercises), exclusive use of the spa for 2 hours with access to the pool, sauna and steam room, 1 non-alcoholic beverage of your choice, and a goodie bag of luxury products (€80 value - same as the retreat!)

    Optional: Spa treatments can be booked directly after the retreat (not included in price).

    No. This retreat is about presence, nervous system regulation, and self-compassion - not flexibility or performance. Practices are beginner-friendly. Consult your doctor if you have health concerns about the spa.

  • What should I bring?

    A yoga mat or beach towel for your yoga practice, comfortable layered clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, swimsuit, and flip-flops for the spa.

  • Will the benefits last beyond the retreat?

    Yes. You’ll leave with practical tools and techniques you can integrate into daily life — whether at home, at work, or on the go — to reset, calm, and reconnect. True transformation happens when you continue to practice and apply what you learn, so this retreat gives you the foundation and guidance to carry these benefits forward, rather than being a one-time magic fix.

  • What if I can’t attend after booking?

    Your €45 deposit is non-refundable but transferable. You may gift or sell your spot to another woman (notify at least 48 hours in advance).
