Four years ago, I returned to Greece amidst significant personal challenges, including the pandemic, a divorce, and a career change. This period led to the discovery of complex PTSD, a condition I had unknowingly carried for years.
My journey involved seeking answers through various medical avenues without understanding the underlying causes of my discomfort. True healing commenced with an accurate diagnosis and appropriate therapy.

There are no requirements to practice yoga or try it for the first time. These workshops are designed to be inclusive and accessible to all, regardless of experience. If you have a medical condition, we recommend checking with your doctor before attending.
We provide yoga mats and props, so you don’t need to bring anything. However, if you prefer to use your own mat for comfort, feel free to bring it along. Wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a bottle of water is also recommended. You may also want to bring a notebook or journal if you’d like to take notes or reflect on your experience.
You can choose to attend a single workshop that resonates with you or sign up for the full series for a more comprehensive experience.
If you can’t attend, you may either transfer your spot to a friend or join the next workshop of your choice. If you’ve booked the full series and need to miss a session, you can transfer that session to a friend instead. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to make the necessary arrangements.
