If you tend to bottle up feelings until they explode, react impulsively, or experience passive-aggressive tendencies, Yoga for Emotional Balance will teach techniques to release anger in a healthy way and achieve inner peace.

My Personal Journey

Four years ago, I returned to Greece amidst significant personal challenges, including the pandemic, a divorce, and a career change. This period led to the discovery of complex PTSD, a condition I had unknowingly carried for years.

My journey involved seeking answers through various medical avenues without understanding the underlying causes of my discomfort. True healing commenced with an accurate diagnosis and appropriate therapy.

The most profound transformation occurred when I embraced yoga, mindfulness, and somatic practices. Within four months, I experienced:

  • Relief from anxiety, chronic pain, and fatigue.
  • Enhanced mental and physical strength, coupled with deep-seated confidence.
  • A renewed sense of vitality.

This personal evolution highlighted that yoga transcends physical movement; it is a holistic healing modality. This realisation inspired me to become a teacher, aiming to assist others in reconnecting with themselves, overcoming emotional barriers, and achieving balance.

  • Do I need prior yoga experience to join?

    There are no requirements to practice yoga or try it for the first time. These workshops are designed to be inclusive and accessible to all, regardless of experience. If you have a medical condition, we recommend checking with your doctor before attending.

  • What should I bring to the workshop?

    We provide yoga mats and props, so you don’t need to bring anything. However, if you prefer to use your own mat for comfort, feel free to bring it along. Wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a bottle of water is also recommended. You may also want to bring a notebook or journal if you’d like to take notes or reflect on your experience.

  • Can I attend just one workshop, or do I need to join the full series?

    You can choose to attend a single workshop that resonates with you or sign up for the full series for a more comprehensive experience.

  • What if I book a workshop but can’t attend?

    If you can’t attend, you may either transfer your spot to a friend or join the next workshop of your choice. If you’ve booked the full series and need to miss a session, you can transfer that session to a friend instead. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to make the necessary arrangements.
