I'm a therapeutic yoga teacher and wellness facilitator with a trauma-informed approach, based in Greece. I work with retreat hosts to bring yoga, breathwork, meditation and mindfulness into their programmes, thoughtfully adapted to each retreat's setting, pace and guest profile.
I've facilitated retreats across Greece and Italy, from intimate boutique gatherings to luxury hospitality settings, working with international guests of varying ages and experience levels. That range has taught me what exceptional retreat facilitation requires: reliability, flexibility with timing and space, and the judgement to read a group and adjust in real time.
Whether leading an energising morning practice, a deeply restorative evening session or a mindfulness workshop, my aim is always the same: to support your retreat with calm, professional facilitation that feels like a natural extension of your vision.
I facilitate primarily in English, with Greek and Spanish also available on request.
I collaborate with retreat hosts, wellness brands, coaches and facilitators who want to create thoughtful, high-quality experiences for their guests. My facilitation is tailored to your retreat and can include therapeutic yoga, mindfulness, nervous system education and reflective practices, depending on the experience you want to create. Every session is designed to help guests slow down, reconnect and leave feeling genuinely restored.
Absolutely. Whether you're looking for a single therapeutic yoga session, a restorative evening practice, a mindfulness workshop or support for a particular part of your retreat, I'm happy to tailor my contribution to your programme.
Yes. Although I'm based in Greece, I'm available to support retreats internationally, depending on location and availability. I speak English, Spanish, Greek, French and Italian, allowing me to work comfortably with international hosts and guests.
Having grown up in Peru and lived in several countries, I feel at ease working across different cultures and retreat settings. I also have extensive knowledge of the Greek retreat landscape and regularly collaborate with venues and retreat hosts throughout the country.
Absolutely. Every retreat has its own vision, pace and guest experience. Rather than offering a fixed programme, I work closely with you to understand your retreat's intention and design practices that complement the overall journey. Whether you're creating a restorative wellness retreat, a creative escape or a transformational experience, every session is thoughtfully adapted to your guests, schedule and objectives.
Yes, I also offer Retreat Design & Production for hosts looking for additional support before their retreat begins.
From shaping the guest journey and refining the retreat schedule to venue research, logistics and experience design, I can help create a retreat that feels cohesive, intentional and memorable from start to finish.
If you're looking for support beyond facilitation, I'd be delighted to discuss how we can work together. Learn more: https://www.holisticblooming.com/collaborate/retreat-design-production
I recommend getting in touch as early as possible, particularly for retreats taking place during the spring and summer season, when availability can become limited.
Even if your plans are still in the early stages, an initial conversation allows us to explore your vision, discuss how I can support your retreat and secure availability before dates fill up.
